This act replaced the flying trapeze act on at least one occasion, for the
August 1990 premiere in San Francisco. The setup was a partial use of the existing
flying trapeze framework, using just the central aerial cradle apparatus and
forgoing the remaining traditional trapeze apparatuses to the left and right.
Performed by Didier Antoine and Amélie Major (who later won the Silver Cup for
this act at the 1992 Wuhan International Acrobatic Art Festival), it was
presumably performed at least a few more times during the show’s existence
seeing as Antoine and Major were part of the show through the Las Vegas run.
