From the Composers {

Guy Laliberté challenged us to pay tribute to women by
adding a new feel the music of Cirque du Soleil. The idea was
to explore a fawer sound, to let ourselves be surprised by the
unexpected. Once again, your vision has really inspired us;
thank you, Guy!
Surrounded by a band of entirely female musicians, we wanted
to unleash the raw power that emanate from these artists on stage.
We really wanted the music to reflect the guts and dynamic attitude
of these performers. Girls, we dedicate this album to you!
Diane and Fernand, you have given us the opportunity to grow
through this unique experience. Thank you both.
Alain, as always, your ideas where a source of great inspiration;
sometimes you meet people in life who really make an impression! Your
artistic vision and Rob's incredible talent have contributed enormously
to this project's sound.
Welcome to the world of Amaluna. — Bob & Bill
From the Musical Director {

This was yet another fantastic opportunity to work with
Bob & Bill. They have created such a wonderful musical adventure
to take us ona journey in this mysterious island governed by
Goddesses! This album was created in the spirit of a musical
voyage from start to finish, the same approache as the great
progressive rock albums.
The Amaluna soundtrack has allowed us to unleash the energy
and the rock sound of womankind. To all our singers and musicians,
I say well done girls! You are so beautiful and talented, and you
have given us your all, so thank you so much!
I hope that you will get just as much pleasure out of listening
to the album as I've had creating it with Bob & Bill and our
mixing guru, Rob Heaney!
Ladies and Ladies, Amaluna! — Alain Vinet
