Experience
Strawberry Fields Forever / Parade

A new dimension of strangeness and magic. It's time for tea and Dr. Robert takes the Nowhere Men on a psychedelic trip. Surreal, colorful, these fields are forever out there, really out there. Afterward, a parade of whimsical instruments conjured out of pure fantasy plays the overture that heralds the return of the Lonely Hearts Club Band.

Dr. Robert introduces the Nowhere Men to an unusual tea drinking ritual. This rather unusual tea ceremony performed around a mysterious piano slingshots the Nowhere Men to the outer reaches of psychedelia.

Meanwhile, time runs away with Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, which springs to life in its full regalia in a moment of hallucinogenic hilarity. Continuing the journey, this shape shifter of time and sounds emerges reborn with instruments imbued with fantasy and whimsy marching on to its own fantastical tune.

In the original musical presentation, "Strawberry Fields" built up from an acoustic demo (Take 1, featured on "Anthology") through various other takes before reaching the released version. To celebrate LOVE's 10th anniversary, the released version of the song is used.

Additional inclusions in the closing stages of the mix are the orchestral section from "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band", the piano solo from "In My Life", the brass from "Penny Lane", the cello and harpsichord from "Piggies", and the coda of "Hello, Goodbye."
