Vertical Rope
(Main | Apr.23.1992 - Fall 1992)
(Rotation | Fall 1992 - Sep.1994)

A perilous act performed by Nicolai Tchelnokov and Galina Karableva, the vertical rope is a very demanding art. The acrobats have no margin for error.

The Vertical Rope was an acrobatic act performed on a single vertical rope. Similar to Spanish Webs that would later appear in Quidam, this act featured a performance by the Adagio family - Nicolai Tchelnokov, Galina Karableva, and their son Anton. Although the act could theoretically be used to replace any missing number, it was generally used to replace the Boledaoras.
